Shipping policy

Digital Plans:

You will receive one set of digital plans in .pdf format, modified to suit your needs after purchase that will be emailed to the address used to make your purchase. Please make sure that your email address is accurate, as we will not be emailing a second copy should the first one be incorrect.  Please allow a minimum of two weeks from the date of purchase for all modifications. (Modifications include snow and wind load changes for your area.)

 

Complimentary Prints:

You will receive one set of complementary prints after purchase that will be mailed to the mailing address indicated at purchase. Please make sure that your address is accurate, as we will not be sending out a second copy should the first one be undeliverable.
