Refund policy
Returns:
You have one business day to request a return, from the date your order is placed (prior to the order being modified or shipped). To be eligible for a return you must show proof of purchase. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser via the same method used to make the purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at information@houseofthree.ca. Items sent back to us after shipping/receipt of the emailed plans will not be accepted. There are no returns on gift certificates.

Issues
Please carefully review your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is incorrect or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific project.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Digital Plans:
You will receive one set of digital plans modified to suit your needs after purchase that will be emailed to the address on file with us. Please make sure that your email address is accurate, as we will not be emailing a second copy should the first one be incorrect. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for all modifications. (Modifications include snow and wind load changes for your area.)
Complimentary Prints:
You will receive one set of complementary prints after purchase that will be mailed to the address on file with us. Please make sure that your address is accurate, as we will not be sending out a second copy should the first one be undeliverable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Copyright
It is commonly misunderstood that once you purchase a product that is copyrighted, such as floor plans, that you may, or do with it as you wish. Reusing the floorplans, copying, reselling, or using them to build multiple projects would be in violation of the copyright laws and could result in legal action. The use of any material from our website including pictures, drawings, or floorplans, is illegal without permission from the author / owner / designer.
How many times can I use the plans?
The purchase of any of our blueprints allows you to build ONE project only. If you wish to use the same project more than once, please contact House of Three Inc. for licensing options.
Can I make copies of the plans after I purchase them?
You may only make copies for the purpose of building the structure at the address indicated on the contract for your purchase. To use for another project, please contact House of Three Inc. for cost and a new contract.
Simply put…If anyone is copying, selling, or modifying without the consent of House of Three Inc., it is illegal, and more importantly…it is unethical. Copyright laws still apply.
